Processing Time

All orders are processed within  2–8 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information with the email you provided in our website checkout. If no email was provided at time of checkout, you will not receive a tracking confirmation, as tracking information is only sent through email. 

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotions. Customers will be notified via website banner or email if delay happens.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We take great care in packaging all orders securely to ensure they arrive safely.

However, once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • Most carriers offer compensation or resolutions for damaged items

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local post office
  • File a claim directly with the carrier

We will cooperate by providing any necessary shipping details if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible/liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees


    Refused or Undeliverable Packages

    If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier:

    • The order will not be eligible for a refund
    • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package

    Order Acceptance & Liability

    Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
